We are backed by our Private Trust-controlled International Business Corporations (IBC), which operate as Qualified Institutional Buyers. Further, Our CIMA regulated Segregated Portfolio Company (SPC) generates profits from its wholesale banking activities to provide back to the Trust for funding projects. This engine allows us to provide a comprehensive funding strategy customized to a project's needs, no matter the size. As a result, our capacity to fund large projects become a competitive edge for our clients.
We Are Not For Everyone
Our private capital partner's program is highly selective and confidential. We must operate by banking rules and regulations, both federal and international, to provide debt financing for any project or deal. There are no exceptions to these rules or our process. In the beginning phase of our process, the client will have little information on our partners/private capital group because it violates the trade commission's prohibition against solicitation and the banks "know your customer laws" (KYC). However, the client will know our partner/private capital group once they have passed compliance and have established an official business relationship with our partner/private capital group. Your KVI independent agent will walk you through the entire process should your project/deal be accepted.
Our Program
We provide privately originated, senior secured lines of credit to U.S. and International emerging markets abroad. When it comes to funding projects, we are not beholden to any specific industry, but we are highly selective and exclusive to those with whom we do business.
Why Us
Traditional lending has put a stranglehold on many businesses' ability to grow through their antiquated processes and excessive parameters. We unlock that stranglehold by delivering an alternative funding solution as a private capital provider to ultra-high net worth individuals, family offices, middle-market companies, municipalities, government agencies, and more.
Our Lending Program
Through our relationship with our private capital group, we offer an asset-backed line of credit (LOC). Clients must bring 20% of the total LOC requested to the deal/project as their "asset." This asset sits in a "debt service" account owned by the private capital group for the LOC term. The client will then have access to the full LOC requested (per the agreement executed).
Note: If the client does not have the complete 20% required for the debt service account, we have programs to assist (decided on a case-by-case basis).
LOCs are always simple interest, and you only pay interest on what you use. Interest is generally between 5% and 7% but can vary depending on the project. LOCs are non-recourse loans with no prepayment penalty.

Asset Protection
We go to great lengths to protect our client's assets through our strategic partnerships/relationships. When a client's asset reaches $I00M, we can provide insurance wraps through our relationships with investment-grade insurance companies like AIG, Old Mutual, and Lloyd's. At this level, we can also provide a "bank guarantee" through UBS Switzerland, or we can offer a corporate bond to ensure that our client's assets are fully protected. When the client's assets are less than $100M and at least $1MM, we can provide asset protection via "payment order," which is made through our relationships with tip tier banks.
